We both know which of the games are actually “better” but which one is actually the best idea for someone? I’ve played World of Warcaft consecutively for three years now. I love the game so much. One it gets me to actually talk to people. I have huge huge problem with social anxiety, I have it so bad that I can’t even speak to people in my family let alone with a boss, teacher or even a doctor. Horrible condition... (Might do my research paper about it.) So being able to talk to people and just have fun with them is a huge plus. But Warcraft you have to pay for unfortunately, fifteen dollars to be honest. Which isn’t bad at all for entertainment, we saved a lot of money actually by just playing that game. But now I’ve actually gotten a life and now I am contemplating if I want to continue with the paying or when I am bored get on and play a free game?
Pogo.com is a very popular online gaming site that does not require you to pay for the service they provide, you get a lot of commercials but are you really complaining? FREE!! Now they don’t go into role playing games just a simply pop this balloon, cards, chess and the normal games you can play in real life you can play on here. But again the games are free and a lot of them can be addicting to play.
Freeonlinegames.com is another site that you can go to that provides the free service of online games, there games are a lot more graphic and have more of a ‘paying’ vibe than most, however the site has tons of glitches, not a lot of sponsors to help pay for the site so you end up not being able to play the game you want to play because the site is down for repair and won’t be up for a while, so you have to find yourself something else to entertain yourself with. That you don’t pay for…go to a different site but they just don’t have that game you want! Not paying for the game you pay can suck when there isn’t money to sponsor that said game!
Gamevance.com is an online gaming site that lets you download the games that you wish to play for free. The only problem with this scenario is that it is really hard to determine who you can trust while downloading your games. Usually I would always recommend not downloading anything on your computer from the internet unless you have a second party like iTunes, HP Games, or even Pogo has a program that you can download right through them. This is safer for your computer and have a small chance of getting a virus. The virus however is just the small scare the bigger one would be the Trojan that could download and that is so much worse. Hackers are inside those and if you have information on your computer that you don’t want out there than try not to download.
All these gaming sites are fun and if they could come up to par with the ones we actually pay for than I think a lot more people would play them.
I just have to step back and say what an acomplishment. I have the same problem social anxiety. So, I play a lot of games online. I pay $40/year for pogo premium and I play xbox 360 just to communicate with other people than my family. So, if you have got to a point where you don't need the game congradulations!
