Glee

Glee
Okay I have to admit a huge secret and no one can tell anyone ever!  Pinky promise?  (Looks around) I am addicted to Glee!  I know I know, really I am a huge bad a** at work and pretty much out of the house but at home its like I am this huge mush ball and you can tell just by how much I love Glee.  Okay at first I began watching because I am huge music fan.  Now I don’t care for Rap or most of Country but everything else is up in the air.  American Idol was a good show that I watched along with So You Think You Can Dance.  All because I love music, so when I found a show that did at least four songs an episode I was in there.
Until I realized that the whole show was a high school soap opera, my hubby decided it wasn’t worth it and deleted all of the season from the DVR!  OMG I was so ticked off!  See what we usually do is let a lot of shows build up and then have mini marathons that way we don’t get disappointed on a cliffhanger or just want to watch that show that day so we built up like fifteen episodes we were only in five and he deleted the rest while I was at work.  When I got home, he was like oops I thought you didn’t like it either.
Let’s just way WWII got off easy.  But I picked up the season on DVD this last summer than started watching it again this season.  HUGE Brittana fan (Brittany/Santana), I hate they apart because Santana can’t get her head out of her a**.  But what can you do?  Wednesday’s episode was kind of a little soap operaish to me.  Finn/Quinn, Finn/Rachel, Quinn/Sam, Sam/Santana(at the end), Rachel/no one.  It was a huge stand off!  A lot of good songs where played very very impressed by Rachel/Puck’s rendition of Lady Antebellum’s Need You Now.
I love Rachel and Quinn.  I love that Rachel is so confident, she kind of cry’s a lot though, not much of watching emo stuff but her voice is so awesome.  Quinn’s voice is just so subtle, like so subtle that it stands out!  What is really funny about those two is that they are such huge enemy’s on the show but like in real life they are inseparable best friends, I think I like that the most.
Favorite character is Brittany and Sue Sylvester those two are so hilarious it is ridiculous.  Brittany is so sweet but dumber than rocks and Sylvester is so clueless that about the world around herself.  One episode she married herself.  Let’s just say I laughed so hard I about wet myself.
But like I said music is good, comedy factor big thumbs up, very hot characters even better, but that soap opera quality needs to cool down a bit.  I wish I could watch one episode where a character isn’t threatening to break another couple up or someone breaking up with another character so they can get with someone else.

  1. You know, I keep hearing so much about this show but never understood what it was about or if I wanted to watch it. I liked the way you described it and I think I may have to rent it to see what all the hype is about. Thanks.
